  • Technical Manager
    1. Description

    Technical Manager


    1. The on-site application of the company's imported explosion-proof positive pressure blowing system products, as well as the selection of conventional electrical products;

    2. Understand the selection and application of electrical equipment for high and low voltage motors, evaluate and manage electrical outsourcing vendors, and introduce and transform outsourcing technologies;

    3. Solve customer on-site technical issues, assist the company in controlling costs and time;

    4. New product development and prototype trial production of the company, participating in on-site testing and handling electrical faults, proposing product improvement measures;

    5. Personnel management in the technical service department, including performance evaluation, dispatch, and new employee recruitment and training;

    6. Assist the company's marketing department in providing timely support, responsible for answering and handling technical issues related to pre-sales, sales, and after-sales of the company's main products;


    2. Requirements


    1. Bachelor's degree or above in motor, electrical, mechanical or control related fields. More than 5 years of technical management experience;

    2. Professional knowledge: Master the principles and design of motors, professional design of compressors and pumps, electrical transmission control systems, PLC programmable controllers, electrical and its systems, and other professional knowledge;

    3. Familiar with the application of AUTOCAD and other drawing software;

    4. Familiar with electrical wiring, electrical control cabinet design, and electrical component selection;

    5. Having rich on-site service experience;

    6. Can travel irregularly;

    7. Strong sense of responsibility, good teamwork and communication skills, humble and down-to-earth;


  • Mechanical and Electrical Engineer
    1. Description

    Mechanical and Electrical Engineer


    1. Develop technical solutions for positive pressure explosion-proof related businesses such as positive pressure cabinets, motors, and robots.

    2. Prepare operating instructions for positive pressure explosion-proof related products.

    3. Responsible for on-site services such as product debugging and customer training for the company.

    4. Responsible for answering customer phone inquiries, remote fault diagnosis, and spare parts recommendations.

    5. Improvement of company product performance and functionality, as well as development of new products.

    6. Organize and execute internal technical training within the company.

    7. Participate in technical exchanges targeting specific customers.


    2. Requirements


    1. Strong practical skills and fault analysis skills.

    2. Excellent communication and personal expression skills.

    3. Understand pneumatic instruments/components and electrical systems (especially motor construction), with a priority given to having an electrician certificate.

    4. Basic knowledge of electrical system explosion-proof.

    5. Can use AUTOCAD, SolidWorks, and other drawing software.

    6. Having experience in PLC programming and maintenance is preferable.

    1. Description

    Technician - Mechanical


    1. Responsible for on-site installation, debugging, and renovation construction of company products for customers.

    2. Responsible for providing after-sales technical services for company products and answering customer inquiries.

    3. Responsible for on-site customer maintenance and promotion of spare parts for company products.

    4. Actively cooperate with the company's R&D team to complete new product development.


    2. Requirements

    1. 22 to 40 years old, with a vocational school or higher education.

    2. More than two years of experience in mechanical equipment installation, maintenance, and management.

    3. Strong hands-on ability, strong learning ability, proactive in work, good at thinking, and excellent affinity.

    4. Holding relevant certificates for electricians and fitters is preferred.

    5. Frequent business trips are required.
